Refund Policy for Publishing Services
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
As a publishing service provider, our work involves creative labor, time investment, and allocation of resources. Because of this, our refund policy is different from physical product businesses.
A full refund is available only if the project has not yet begun and no work has been delivered.
Once work has started (e.g., writing, editing, design, formatting, marketing setup), refunds may be issued partially, depending on the percentage of work already completed.
Completed services are non-refundable, as they involve time, expertise, and digital deliverables.
For publishing packages, if third-party costs (ISBN, distribution, printing, etc.) have already been paid on your behalf, those fees are non-refundable.
Requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of the initial payment unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
